Rodriguez
Gary Rodriguez founded Leadermetrix in 2006 after a career that took him from the front lines of organizational leadership to the executive suite. He has served as both CEO and President, giving him a firsthand understanding of what leadership demands at the highest levels — the complexity, the pressure, and the weight of decisions that shape organizations and the people in them.
Over the course of his career, Gary has worked with leaders at every level across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. His work spans executive coaching, leadership development, team building, conflict resolution, organizational change, and strategic consulting. He brings to each engagement not just frameworks, but the kind of judgment that only comes from having led.
Gary holds a Doctor of Ministry degree and is an accomplished author and public speaker. His academic work deepened his understanding of human development, organizational systems, and the inner dimensions of leadership — a perspective that informs everything Leadermetrix does.
Our approach
Leadership is not a trait. It is a practice.
Clarity before action
Most leadership failures are failures of clarity — unclear strategy, unclear roles, unclear expectations. Every engagement begins by establishing what is actually true, not what is comfortable to believe.
Candor as a service
Senior leaders are often surrounded by people who tell them what they want to hear. Honest, well-reasoned challenge is one of the most valuable things Leadermetrix offers.
Outcomes over outputs
Success is not measured by the quality of deliverables. It is measured by what changes — in how you lead, how your team operates, and how your organization performs.
