 LeaderMetrix teaches leaders a unique type of strategic planning. The tool we use is the 60 Minute Strategic Plan developed by John E. Johnson. The plan involves 2 stages, 12 steps, and 300 words resulting in a basic strategic plan in about an hour. LeaderMetrix and 60 Minute Strategic Plan to create a 5 year strategic plan for an energy company in the Northwest as well as department specific plans for variety of different companies. We understand that doing strategic planning in an hour seems impossible, but it is not, and we can prove it!
